Personalized Bermuda & Zoysia Turf Management
Healthy turf starts in the soil, and we practice science-based turf management. Beautiful Bermuda & Zoysia lawns aren’t created through one fertilizer application – they are the results of understanding and amending the soil profile while pairing correctly timed treatments with proper cultural practices.
Bermuda & Zoysia Program
Our focus is building healthier turf from the soil up, and we begin with a soil test to help us make better informed decisions about your specific lawn. Understanding the soil pH and any nutrient deficiencies help us tailor your plan to deliver results that make your neighbors envy.
Healthy turf doesn’t just look better. Thick, dense and thriving Bermuda and Zoysia lawns are one of the best defenses against weed and pest invasions. They’re more comfortable to walk and play on, they’re more visually appealing, and they show pride in home ownership.
Our Process
We want to understand your goals, identify any issues and discuss a program or service that will help obtain the desired result. We are not the big box provider.
2. Quote Provided
Based off what we learned in the lawn assessment, we’ll provide a quote to help you achieve the lawn you’re after. We commonly bundle services like spring scalping, core aeration, top dressing, and PGR regimens. We don’t do contracts.
If you’re chasing the PGA style lawn… we’re a one stop shop.
3. Service Begins
You’re ready to move forward and we are too.
We take pride in clear communication. You’ll receive scheduling notifications via text and email. We’ll take a soil sample while we’re performing the first treatment and provide the analysis and plan ahead of our next treatment.
4. Ongoing Treatments
You’ll receive a detailed service report after each treatment. We share exactly what we did, why we did it, and what you should expect.
If there’s ever a problem in between our visits, please call, text or email. We will do everything possible to correct the issue.
Program Pillars
Late Winter Into Early Spring
The turf is dormant and it’s time to establish the spring pre-emergent barrier. This is also a good time to correct any pH issues in the soil.
Spring Green-Up
The turf is actively growing, and our focus shifts towards a healthy transition from dormancy and minimizing weed pressure.
Late Spring Through Summer
We’re in our primary growing season. The focus is on building thicker turf with fertilization, soil amendments, and targeted weed control.
Early Fall Through Late Fall
We begin preparing the turf to over-winter & establish the pre-emergent barrier. Next spring’s lawn depends on proper fall treatments.
