Payments
Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed. Invoices are provided for all services.
Access
Clients are responsible for ensuring clear and accessible service areas on scheduled days. A fee may apply if access is unavailable.
Safety
For the safety of our team, pets, and children should be secured, and service areas cleared prior to arrival.
Weather
Services may be delayed due to weather conditions. We will communicate and reschedule as needed.

Property Responsibility
Clients are responsible for marking sprinkler heads, underground utilities, and any items that could be affected during service. Timeless Turf is not liable for damage to unmarked or hidden items.
Lawn & Treatment Results
Lawn care and pest control treatments involve the use of approved products applied according to industry standards. Results may vary, and multiple treatments may be required for optimal effectiveness.
Payments & Refunds
Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed. Due to the nature of services performed, refunds are not provided once work has been completed. However, we are committed to customer satisfaction and will work with clients to address any concerns.
